EUASIAGRID BIOWORKSHOP

Master Class on High Performance Applications For Life Sciences

Introduction

Experts from the EUAsiaGrid grid computing community such as Simon Lin (Taiwan), Ludek Matyska (Czech R.), Marco Fargetta (Italy) and Yannick Legre (France) have teamed up with NUS to run a Master Class for end-users and researchers, both biologists and computational biologists, to learn about the latest in the emerging European standard in grid computing gLITE, and how we can plug into tapping computational power of the grid to speed up our research work.

This BioWorkshop is a satellite event of CloudAsia 2010 conference co-organised by the National Grid Office.
